Bernd Kinzel set up bk betterkonsult in 2009 after more than 25 years of experience working in marketing, for ad agencies and in the printing and media industry. Since then he has been advising and assisting ad agencies, small and medium-sized companies (in industry, services and retailing), and working with established partners in a professionally run network to produce printed business communications.
Here, bk betterkonsult’s role is not limited just to simply ‘delivering a message’; instead it covers the more complex print supply chain, acting as a link to manage the all stages in the production framework of the communications chain through to the end customer (B2B, B2C).
We always focus on participating in and taking ownership of the processes from the very beginning an on close contact with our customers in order to achieve the best possible results.
